This project is a great showcase of how the demands of the contractor's tight schedule were taken care of while at the same time accommodating the lack of staging room in downtown Wayzata. Due to the timely completion and owner satisfaction, this project has generated more opportunities not only for Cemstone but for the customer. There were a few challenges with this project. One of the biggest challenges was pouring a three-plus story high concrete wall containing XYPEX against a lot line with an existing building.
Another challenge for the customer was the actual size of the project. The contractors had to feed material to the job every three days due to the lack of space.
