Quantity of Ready Mix used: 2,356 cubic yards
The project specification originally called for asphalt other than the loading dock areas. The combination of a parking lot conversion, lower maintenance costs, using premium aggregates with no aggregate pop-outs and minimizing monthly lighting costs makes this project a success for all parties involved.
