2000
• QUIKRETE®, Fargo, ND
• In June, we acquired Con-Mix in Delano and Howard Lake, Minnesota, expanding our Western Minnesota region
• The purchase of Hedberg Aggregate in Rosemount acquired three aggregate mining sites as well as a location for our new Rosemount Ready Mix plant.
• Added the new Burnsville ready mixed concrete facility which was the leading edge of technology and is the first of its kind in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area.
• Cemstone further confirmed this commitment by hiring Kevin MacDonald, Ph.D., P.E. as our Vice President of Engineering Services. Dr. MacDonald, P.E. is supported by a staff of Civil Engineers, and Field Technicians. Since its inception, Cemstone has been recognized for its commitment to quality achieved through technology. We have maintained that reputation through relentless passion for research, product development and the overall science of our business.
2001
• Cemstone acquires Yellow River Supply - This acquisition means expanded service in new markets for our customers. Our Yellow River Supply operation expands our service area, primarily in the Northern Wisconsin Region.
• Cemstone purchased Pequot Sand & Gravel in Pequot Lakes Minnesota. Cemstone already had production facilities in Aitkin, Isle and Rock Creek, MN, and with this areas rapid growth, the acquisition allowed Cemstone to improve its service and production capacity for the entire region of Brainerd Lakes.
• TwinMix QUIKRETE
• Cemstone's CEO, Tom Becken was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement award by Minnesota Concrete Conference in 1995. In 2000, Tom received the Distinguished Member Award for Builders Exchange of St. Paul. In 2001 he received the lifetime achievement award from The Aggregate and Ready Mix Association of Minnesota.

• Rochester Brick, Mankato Brick and Concrete Materials today announced that they are joining resources to form North Star Stone and Masonry, LLC. The new company will provide brick, stone, decorative block, concrete masonry units (CMUs) masonry supplies, and hardscape and landscape materials to builders, architects and homeowners.
2009
• East Range Ready Mix, a manufacturer of quality ready-mixed concrete for commercial, municipal and residential applications, today officially opened its doors for business. The company is a joint venture between Cemstone Products Company of the Twin Cities and Duluth Ready Mix of Duluth, Minn.
• Expanded region to Brainerd, MN by adding new ready mixed concrete facility
• Keystone Landscape License Acquisition
• East Range Ready Mix, LLC
• Cemstone has expanded and upgraded its facility located in Henderson, Minn. The facility produces recycled concrete and virgin Class 5 aggregates, and washed sand and gravel to support Cemstone ready-mixed concrete and other building projects throughout Minnesota.
2010
• Cemstone has earned Green-Star Certification by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) for its batch plant facility in East Bethel, Minn.
• Dakota Aggregates formation – in partnership with Ames Construction
• Added Hayward, WI location - The Sawyer County area is a hub for commerce as well as family recreation in northern Wisconsin, and we look forward to having a Cemstone plant close at hand. This facility will provide improved service and support to our ready-mixed concrete customers in the region. The area is also served by our Cemstone facility in nearby Spooner which features a full-service Contractor Supply Store with thousands of professional grade products for both commercial and residential customers.
• Tim Becken, the company’s Senior Vice President of Operations, was installed by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) membership as the chairman of its Board of Directors. Mr. Becken, who was elected at the NRMCA Annual Convention in February, succeeds Henry Batton of Concrete Supply Company of Charlotte, N.C.

2011
• Cemstone adds new Chief Financial Officer, Keith Meyer
• Cemstone is a recipient in the 2011 National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) Excellence in Quality Awards competition. The Category A competition, for which Cemstone received the award, is for those producers with an annual production exceeding one million cubic yards of ready mixed concrete.
• Cemstone introduced Rapid PaveÔUltra Fast Setting, High Early Strength concrete, our new proprietary brand, a new product designed specifically for busy intersections and roadways where rapid completion is a critical component of the project. The first commercial application for Rapid Pave was used to complete a joint repair project on Interstate 94 – one of the largest pavement repair projects of its type in the nation – where Rapid Pave was poured at night and the roadway was ready for the next morning’s rush hour traffic.
• SPEC MIX Acquired by QUIKRETE
• TCC Materials® is pleased to announce the acquisition of Great River Spec Mix and the packaging facility of Acme Materials Company of Muscatine, Iowa effective April 29, 2011. For nearly 60 years, Acme Materials Co. has bagged do-it-yourself concrete products in Muscatine under the Dri-Crete name. Since 2003, Acme and TCC Materials® have partnered in Great River SPEC MIX® LLC promoting professional grade masonry products to a geographic area from Decatur, Illinois to Iowa City, Iowa.
• Cemstone adds new ready mixed concrete facility in Columbus, MN
