Pat Bergin
Pat Bergin joined Cemstone in 2005 as the company’s Environmental Manager, and in 2006 achieved professional engineering licensure for environmental engineering. Bergin also holds a degree in geological engineering from the University of Minnesota. Bergin currently oversees the company’s entire environmental initiative, including compliance with regulatory issues, and design, construction and restoration at all Cemstone ready-mixed concrete plants and mining operations.

Alison Lehr
Alison Lehr joined Cemstone in 2007 as an environmental/safety coordinator after earning a degree in Environmental Studies and English from St. Olaf College. Prior to graduation, Lehr received an academic internship in Environmental Studies at Cemstone, where she updated and developed storm water pollution prevention plans. Lehr's current responsibilities include inspecting plants and mining sites, updating Cemstone’s environmental management system (EMS), and employee training on environmental compliance and best management practices.
