Reward Wall Systems Announces 2007 Project Awards
Reward recognizes top projects and distributors for annual awards presentation.

Omaha, Neb., February 12, 2008 – Ed Storm, President and CEO of Reward Wall Systems, last week named the top projects and distributors for the 2007 Reward Awards. The awards recognize top projects built with Reward’s insulating concrete forms (ICFs) in 11 categories. Also recognized are the company’s top producers and distinguished members of the industry.

“Taking the opportunity to recognize top projects each year is an excellent time to reflect on the tremendous growth we have seen here at Reward,” said Storm. “The number of outstanding projects that we had to choose from exhibits both the versatility of ICFs and the caliber of the individuals with which we work.”

Recognized with the award for Outstanding Residential Project was Picarazzi Building Products for the Patrick Home in Esopas, N.Y. The 7,500 sq. ft. home built with 11" and 13" iForm features hip and gable roofs with no interior bearing walls. With 90 windows and doors, an indoor exercise pool and radiant heat, the home perfectly fits the needs of the homeowner.

For the Outstanding Multi-Family Project, Green Structures Inc. of Denver, Colo. was chosen for their work on Flats 15. A seven-plex located in Denver, the units range in size from 2,321 sq. ft. to 2,844 sq. ft. The complex takes advantage of the energy efficient features of ICFs and creates a green home for residents.

The Outstanding Light Commercial Project for 2007 was the Pioneer Museum located in Lander, Wyo. by IMS Masonry. IMS Masonry, out of West Lindon, Utah completed the installation of the ICFs for the two story 18,432 sq. ft. structure.

Outstanding Commercial Project was awarded to Dionas Whelchel for their work on The Resort at Pigeon Forge located in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. Seven, seven story buildings at 67,000 sq. ft. each make up the resort and utilize 11", 13" and 15" iForms. Located in a valley of the Smokey Mountains, the water resort uses ICFs to protect against the sometimes extreme weather experienced in the area.

Recognized for three awards, Cemstone Contractor Supply was first awarded the Outstanding Green Project award. Presented several national awards this year, E2 City Homes of Minneapolis, Minn. took full advantage of the green benefits provided by ICFs. The four-plex condo complex features native landscaping, rain gardens and recycled elements in the carpeting, counter tops and building materials.

Cemstone, located in Mendota Heights, Minn., was also recognized for the Outstanding Hospitality Project for their work in the Timberlake Lodge Hotel of Grand Rapids, Mich. The project utilized the 13" iForm to construct a three story, 84 room hotel that houses a banquet hall and pool room. The overarching award presented to Cemstone this year was the Top Producer award. Given to the top distributor in form sales and contribution to Reward, Cemstone triumphed as the 2007 winner.

The award for Outstanding Theater Project went to Ranack Constructors for their work on the Aviator 10 Movie Theater. Located in Alamogordo, N.M. the ten-plex was constructed with 11" iForms.

For Outstanding Educational Project, Construction Supply Centers of New Holland, Penn. was recognized for their role in North Schuylkill. Located in Schuylkill, Penn. the kindergarten through sixth grade school used 6,000 11" iForms. The speed of ICF installation was utilized in this project to put walls up quickly, keep the project on schedule and allow the school to open on time.

The Outstanding Religious Project award was given to Tri-County Building Systems of Burton, Ohio for Portage Community Church. The church was built with the 11" and 13" iForm.

ICF Pro Store Inc. in Grafton, Ontario received the Outstanding Residential-Assisted Living  Project award for Palisade Gardens. Located in Cooburg, Ontario the four story facility consists of 118 units, 80 of which are rentals and 38 that are condos. Palisade Gardens contains a dining room, nursing facilities, wellness center, recreational rooms and an underground parking garage among other amenities for residents.

Honored as the Outstanding Mixed Use Development, Hicken Construction was recognized for their role in the Silver Creek Colony of Honnema, Alberta, Canada. The colony, consisting of an 8,000 sq. ft. slaughter house, a 12,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose complex and 18 houses, was built in only five months. The project used the 11" iForm.

The title of Rookie of the Year was awarded to CT Loewen of Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada for a significant first year of involvement with Reward. As the only award given out to an individual, the Chuck Lipari Distinguished Service Award was presented to Bob Dewald of Reward Wall Systems of Montana. His distinguished contribution to the ICF industry and Reward Wall Systems has been a representation of integrity and service for many years.
